Hotel fully met expectations. Small pool, fully sufficient to refresh after a long drive. . Breakfast buffet, typically American. was perfectly fine.

Susanville is very far away from Lassen Volcanic NP. Not recommended after a hard day in the park.

We really enjoyed the hotel. It was reasonably priced and had a stunning location next to restaurants, shopping stores, and fast-food joints. the breakfast was fresh and generous with potatoes and bacon.

The cleanest accommodation in the States we had on our trip. The breakfast buffet was rich with a large selection. Well-tended pool. Very recommendable motel.

I liked the friendliness & helpfulness of everyone there . Our room was so comfortable and came with a mini fridge and microwave. The beds were very comfortable. It was great to have a pool and hot tub there, which we used frequently. Although it said continental breakfast it was more than we expected.

The only drawback I saw was the guy smoking a cigar near the pool.

Reasonably priced hotel located next to various restaurants, other stores/fast food chains, and major stores fast food and right off main road. Particularly good and beautiful location, the staff were outstandingly accommodating. Also, in a beautiful setting: )

It was clean and quiet.

There was no staff at the front desk during morning hours when I wanted to check out (7:00 am), so I never got a receipt. I saw several key- card envelopes stacked on the counter so I'm not the only one that had that issue. For some reason, my gps was not very accurate as to the location of the hotel; about a half mile off on the wrong side of the main highway.

The breakfast was generous and the place was clean. the room was good sized and well stocked. - Having a coffee table, a writing desk, and an iron in the room was convenient. - the location was good and beautiful, close to everything!

Location was great. Right across from Safeway's and restaurants of value. Stayed two nights and would stay their again when in the area.

The room here was really nice with a super comfy bed, and the staff was amazing in fixing any issues right away.

The Inn was clean and close to the shopping in Susanviil .

The sounds from the other rooms were noticeable.
